How can you request a refund for a faulty item 3 months after purchase as its broken
I bought a phone wallet in November & i sent photos in January saying it had come apart and was faulty but I can't open a return as the 30 days has expired

As you already stated, you cannot file a Return Request since it has been more than 30 days since date of delivery.
You can contact the funding source you used to pay for the item and ask if they cover defective purchased items.
