how can you prove an item is NOT counterfeit?
I have a Cards Against Humanity game that I had listed but it was taken down and flagged as counterfeit. It is not counterfeit, it is genuine. How can I get this fixed?

Cards Against Humanity are very active VeRo members. The do not want their product sold here.
It is likely CAH had your listing removed. 'Counterfeit' is a blanket word. It means you don't have permission to sell that.
You will have to find somewhere else to sell that item.

If another user or the AI program then you might have a chance to convince eBay. If its the Rights Owner to the cards then you would probably have no chance to list the item. Without knowing who the Rights Owner is I cannot check the VeRO (Verified Rights Owner) information page to see what their policy is for their items.
