Twice I had mailed first Class mail and they do not offer tracking How can I get paid by ebay from what they collected

In addition to what @wooden_flower has provided stop using Free shipping on some of your items because you will lose money shipping them via USPS Ground Advantage which is the lowest cost solution for some of your gift card and post card items. You will lose money if you do not charge for shipping like some of your other items.
