How can one get a 10 or above positive feedback rating to qualify to bid on an auctioned item
I’m new to eBay and am trying to bid on an item being auctioned .
The requirement to bid is a positive feedback rating of 10 or above .
i recently joined eBay and need some advice/clarification on this please.
