How can I upload bulk listings via CSV File?
I have lists of more than 2 thousand parts and I need to upload them massively, how can I do it?

Use this page - https://www.ebay.com/sh/reports/uploads
You might not be allowed to list 2000 items right away - check your selling home page to see your personal selling limit.
If you are allowed to list 2000 items, you should consider a store subscription, or else you will be charged well over $600 listing fees - more if it is over 2000 items.
