How can i talk with someone im having trouble bidding on items and im loosing bids because of it

Question

When I try to place a bid it says add card i already have card on file and tried a different card it tells me server error try again. I've signed out of app signed back in changed password deleted app and reinstalled it nothing has worked and Ai is not helping either
