How can i talk to someone at ebay customer service

Question

I've been defrauded by a seller eBay refuses to call me or return any contact I need to speak to a human being

Ebay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee so you have Buyer Protections after purchase. If the Seller has not shipped your order, once it is past the estimated delivery date, you can open an Item Not Received case. If you receive an incorrect item, you can open an Item Not as Described case. The Seller will be required to respond.

In order for eBay to assist you, you need to open a case. I am sorry this is happening to you.
