How can I talk to someone at ebay?
I am disabled and struggle to navigate ebay. I always used to phone and talk to someone when I wasn't able to find or understand what I needed to do but now I find all the links to chat and phone don't work. They just send me round and round in circles for hours. I am close to tears and don't know what to do

Mentor3 years agoYou have to let them call you - use the link on the left side of this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4002&st=10
If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.
