How can i talk to someone about a refund from a seller i have tried writing emails with tracking
Number and order number and no one emails back I need to speak to someone I'm person.

Did you use the supplied return label or otherwise upload tracking to the case?
Does tracking show the seller received the item?
If so and three days have passed, did you return to the Return Request and ask ebay to step in?
