How can I talk to an eBay CS person? International buyer blocked. Don't know why
UK buyer received a message saying shipment to UK was no authorized. I use eBay Global shipping, so I'm trying to find why this happened.

Last October, the UK put some very strict new regulations in place regarding safety and that has caused many items to be blocked from the eBay International Shipping program.
You can quickly tell if an item can ship to the U.K. by looking at the listing the Buyer is asking about. Go to shipping details and the long list of countries you ship to. If the U.K. is not listed, that item cannot ship there via eIS.
You could still ship it direct, but you would lose most of your eBay Seller Protections.
