How can I talk to a real person on eBay?
I requested a callback, it said an agent will call me in two minutes, it’s been 56 minutes. I tried chat numerous times and absolutely no luck. I sent an offer to a seller of $80. I got a response from eBay saying my offer was accepted. I hit the link and it charged me $160 for the item, an additional $70 shipping, plus tax. Why would EBay send me a message saying my offer of $80 was accepted.
absolutly no customer service at EBay!
