how can i talk to a human at ebay? is there a way? thanks please avise!
need help to talk to a real person at ebay. abuyer trying to get a refund for not receiving an item, i have the receipt to prove i sent the item.

·2 years agoHaving a receipt showing you shipped it isn't enough.
You have to have tracking that shows it was delivered.

Mentor2 years agoHas the buyer opened an Item Not Received Case? If so, upload the tracking number to the order and to the case. If the item shows delivered, the case will close in your favor, no need to call anyone.

Scroll to the Bottom of the page and
1) Click "Contact Us" then:
In the CHAT WINDOW
2) Type "I need help"
3) Click "Selling" (or your topic)
4) Type "Agent" in the chat window
5) You may need to click "Something Else" or "More Options"
6) Click “Have Us Call You†(or "Chat with an Agent")
-- If you use a call filter on your phone, turn it off temporarily, or it might block the incoming call.
