How can I stop zero feedback buyers bidding on my items?

I have tried everything I can to sell my iPhone legitimately on eBay but every time I sell to a scammer.

Every time I get asked a question it's from someone from Zambia. So I block them.

I changed my buyers prefs so that I won't sell to anyone abroad and also state they must provide immediate payment.

The last buyer did pay for it. I sent it with trepidation thinking it's probably a scammer. African name but says they're from United Kingdom.

Guess what. They are calling me a fraud now and left me negative feedback.

I've been selling on eBay now for 23 years and never received bad feedback.

You used to be able to block buyers with no feedback a few years ago but now its been stopped for some reason.

I know we all start with zero feedback at some point but this is getting beyond a joke.

There is no way to actually block a zero feedback users. If eBay allowed this then no seller would sell to a new user which eBay would never allow.
