Mentor3 years ago@white9123 If you used Promoted Listings Express for an auction then fee is charged the moment you list and is not refundable.
If you used Promoted Listings Standard or Advanced you can stop the campaign from you advertising dashboard here: https://www.ebay.com/sh/mktg/pl Put a checkmark next to it then select end at the top of the list.
Note that if a buyer clicked on a listing for an item that is promoted and purchases within 30 days the fee still applies.
