    How can i solve my account suspension
                     

    They are saying that i must solve another issue with a different account to receive my funds on my current account, not sure how to solve this issue. please help

    @lucas_castano   It sounds like there is another eBay account associated with the same IP address that is restricted or you have another eBay account.  Either way eBay is saying that you have to fix the other account.  If this is an IP account linking that has caused the restriction then it's very hard to figure out if you use the same public wifi etc.  

     

    Here's how to contact customer service to see if you can have your account reinstated>>

    Click contact us at the bottom of the page.   Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right.  After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
