Can I change shipping to Thailand after purchase ?

If you are referring to the card you recently sold you will have a big problem. The authenticity guaranty program does not ship Internationally so the card cannot go through the authentication program. Did the buyer have a USA shipping address then ask you to ship to an International address? You would lose all eBay protections shipping Internationally if that was not the buyers original address.

@ballot907 You are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program. Just select get shipping label and ship to the address provided at checkout. It will be the EIS HUB in Illinois.

The card will NOT go to the Authentication center:

Cards must be sold on eBay.com by a seller located in the continental US or Canada to a buyer located in the continental US
- Note: when US buyers purchase from a Canadian seller authentication is currently available for raw trading cards only

YOU are not shipping internationally, eBay is. You are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program which allows you to reach buyers around the world with ZERO risk to you. I wish that domestic shipments had this same great seller protection.

You just ship to the US forwarding center in Illinois or CA, the address will be on the label when you print it with a code that ties the sale to you and the buyer.

Once the item reaches the US forwarding location safely your job as a seller is done. If a buyer files a refund request for ANY reason the refund comes from eBay and you keep the sale. I wish that eBay had this awesome of seller protections for domestic sales!
