How can I combine shipping if the customer has already paid?

As long as the buyer has not yet paid you just go to your sold list and find one of the items. From the drop down menu next to that item click on revise invoice. This will place all of the items on one invoice so you can adjust the shipping charges, if any, and send the combined invoice.
