how can I send a second invoice to a buyer for shipping that was not originally included in the sale

I sold an item for local pickup, but the buyer is in another state. I got a quote for shipping. How can I send a 2nd invoice to cover the shipping costs.

@jesse487. You need to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. Refund the buyer.

Relist with shipping . This is the only way that you can charge for shipping and will be able to add the tracking number for proof of delivery to the sale.
