How can I send a picture of a Seller's post to eBay from My iphone?
My iphone has the picture of the Sellers post for SET of 2 Maxcera Heart Shaped 10" Plate with Love Balloon US $29.99 us 27.20 or best offer Has the photo of the plate with the wording under
How can I send the photo off my iphone (I don't have email on my iphone to use) I have proof I did not offer for more than 1 set of 2 plates. He sent me 2 sets of 2 plates and charged me double for the plates and shipping. Almost 100.00 charge with tax. I had no idea he even had 2 sets of 2 plates. I offered less then he asked and he accepted but doubled the cost . He said he sent 2 sets but that is not what I offered for I only offered for the Set of 2 Thanks

It is likely that you inadvertently bought 2 lots. The seller can’t charge a buyer for more than the buyer committed to purchase.
When contacting eBay, they will not need a photo of the listing. All they will need is the item number. But, contacting eBay will not change your situation.
Two lots were purchased and the seller sent what was paid for.

OP2 years agoI offered $25.00 Set of 2 , I did not commit for 2 sets, didn't even know he had 2 sets it did not list that on the Sellers post. Unfortunately , I did not know that PayPal is now sending payment automatically without the account owners password being entered. That is new for this year as I just bought other plates for Christmas and that did not happen. I was shocked to see the item was already paid, and the seller said they were shipped already when late at night the day before I had made the offer. I opened ebay to see if he accepted and was shocked to see he had already shipped and was paid almost 100.00 I had said offer was $25.00 set of 2 plates, plus shipping...he charged me double for both. Not only that but usually if I had wanted and offered for the 2 set which I did NOT, I said clearly Set of 2 plus shipping a seller refunds you the extra charge because when you ship things together it isn't double. He clearly sent me 2 sets when he had to know I only wanted the Set of 2 AS LISTED.
By the way, someone said he changed the listing to read 2 sets of 2 . I have two photos to prove how it was listed.

OP2 years agoI'm finished stating what transpired. Seems everyone has the sellers back and it doesn't matter
what the truth is or not. I offered 25.00 for a set of 2 plates. Period. plus the postage. I had no knowledge he had more than what was listed. I accept that he scammed me. I won't be back to
ebay, even thought this is the first time in all my purchases for 10 years, that a seller has used my PayPal account to send me more than was posted. I have changed my PayPal account so that I have to enter a pass word to have someone use my account without permission.
I am old, but I still am smart enough to know what I did or didn't do. Funny how all of you assume it was I who made the mistake.
Please no more email, and thanks for your opinion.
