How can I send a message to ebay customer service about unreceived funds from a sale?
How do I determine why a payment is pending for my order 07-14310-64051 ?

Mentor5 months agoNew and infrequent sellers can have their payouts held for up to 30 days. ebay wants to insure the funds are available for a refund in case the buyer files a case. As you make more sales, ship quickly, leave feedback, the hold period will shorten.
