how can i return an item

Question

seller does not want to refund or replace a 5 yrs warranty part that I bouth 4 months ago. Seller does not responds anymore. seller has the same item listed with same warranty conditions and does not want to replace the part i got from them.

I'm afraid you're too late to open a return request with eBay. You are still within the time period to request a refund from PayPal OR your credit card company. They will only help you get a REFUND ... and NOT a new part unfortunately. You will have to purchase a new one yourself.

['Warranties' offered by sellers in their listings are only enforced by the good will of the seller ... UNLESS the seller is an authorized/licensed dealer for the brand name. One should assume that eBay items have NO warranties unless you purchase one separately.]
