How can I return an EBAY item when I signed in as guest & item order # doesn't show wZERO Ebay help
I signed in as guest on 1-6-2025 at 12;47 PM and printed out order # and receipt when I ordered. However on 1-6-2026 at 7:47 PM I emailed ebay and had ZERO customer service response because their customer service is mostly run by brainless AI ROBOTS. It doesn't read anywhere I can find on ebay website when people sign in as a guest to order anything and later, need to return something CUSTOMERS ARE SCREWED because Ebay refuses to help refund anything for people who signed in as a guest. This is because: orders are not posted online when a customer signs in as a guest; even with the order number it's impossible to contact the seller even though I have his name, Omer Elaldi of thevaluemaxmarket. It's also, impossible to contact a real human at EBAY because there is ZERO phone number or email I can find to connect with any real human at EBAY. I'LL TRY THIS AGAIN.. I thought I already scrolled down to contact ebay and just got this "new public forum message."

Mentor9 months agoYou cannot use your Ebay account to handle a Return Request on an purchase you made as a guest.
You need to sign out of your Ebay account and find the Order Confirmation email that Ebay sent you when you made the purchase.
