How can I report to the sellers

Iâ€™m trying to find out how I can report this seller to there local law enforcement department this seller is a THIEF. I paid to much money for a necklace I never received.

Hi @ronaldr2016 sorry to hear your necklace has not came yet. eBay has a way of assisting you with getting your item or money back! You will need to file a claim for an item that has not arrived. I have listed an excerpt of how to do this:

You have up to 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date has passed to report that an item hasn't arrived.

The seller should respond within 3 business days to provide a delivery update, offer a replacement, or give you a refund. If you're getting a refund, it will go back to your original payment method. Refunds are typically available within 3-5 business days.

How to report an item that hasn't arrived through My eBay

Go to your Purchases - opens in new window or tab and find the item.
Select More actions beside the item and then I didn't receive it.
Check the box beside I'd like a refund or I'd still like the item.
Enter any additional information.
Select Send request.

If the seller hasn't responded, or hasn't provided a resolution after 3 business days, you can ask us to step in. You have up to 21 business days from when you opened the original request.
