HOW CAN I REPORT A SELLER WHEN PAYPAL RULED IN SELLERS FAVOUR?
I bought an iphone on 23 June. Delivery details stated Evri, DPD & UPS NEXT Day" because I was flying to spain on the evening of 25 June. I paid for courier delivery. for next day (24 June). It was delivered on 26th June by ROYAL MAIL. I contacted the Seller pointing out our agreement, and asked for a reund and for her to arrange collection. She refused. I opened a paypal dispute, but because it was. delivered Royal Mail tracking (albeit THREE DAYS LATE) they can't resolve this issue. Now I am unable to take out a return with eBay, nor can I report the seller - surely this is all wrong. The sller (april_cookiemon07) is being very unhelpful.

Mentor3 years agoOnce you go to paypal, you close all of your options on eBay. You should have waited and opened a claim through eBay first.
You can try talking to your credit card issuer, they may be able to help, but it will depend on how they view a 3 day delay.
