How can I reopen a return that I closed?

I started a return for an item that was not working properly. Then it started working properly so I closed the request and now the item is not working again. So I need to reopen the return request. How can I do this?

Once you close a returns request, you can no longer reopen it. ebay does not allow you to do so. You will have to do it outside of ebay if the seller is open to it.
