Mentor1 month agoWe are all limited to ending offers to ONLY the items that eBay shows us on our Send Offers - Eligible filter. Basically a potential buyer has to have shown interest (based on several criteria that eBay has defined) in the item in order to appear on the list to be eligible. You can ONLY send offers on the items eBay tells you are eligible.

Mentor1 month agoYour registration shows you are located in the country of Georgia. This is ebay.com, the USA site. You will need to return to the ebay site you are registered on and request a limit increase there.
