how can I recover an old ebay account that I used to have
I was wondering if I would be able to find my old ebay account. I had a lot of sales and feedback but I do not remember my user name and I have since change my email and do not remember my cox email account. Is this even possible with just my name and personal information?

If it has been more than a few years since you signed in, eBay may have deleted the account to protect it from being hijacked and used for scams. If your email address associated with the account was not current, you would not have received the notice informing you of that.
You can try signing in using the email address as your username. If you do not remember your password, try the "Need help signing in?" link to see if you can reset the password via phone, assuming you still have the same number.
If you cannot remember your username, password, email address or phone number, then you are probably out of luck. You could try contacting eBay via that "Need help signing in?" link, but you will likely have an uphill battle trying to convince anyone that you are the original account holder without providing more details of the account.

Mentor1 year agoNo, it is not possible. You need to sign in with the user ID or email address in order to recover that user ID. ebay sends out notices to dormant accounts, and if not replied to, it removes those accounts.
