How can I really contact EBay?
My purchase never shipped. It’s been over a month. eBay says the seller will not refund and the seller says eBay will not let them refund. I want eBay to step in but I cannot find a way to approiately contact them. I don’t believer they ever heat what you saying.. it’s not right

Mentor10 months agoYou did open a case for an "Item not received" correct? You "Ask eBay to step in" by going back to the case and choosing that option. Keep in mind that you only have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to open the case. After this time you need to go back to your payment source and ask for a charge back.
