How can I prove that an item that I sold has been shipped and received by the buyer?
I shipped an item to the buyer via FedEx. I have proof of delivery but I cannot find how tolist the information so that I can get paid.

Mentor1 year agoIf you use ebay shipping to print your label, the tracking number is automatically uploaded to the transaction. If you use another program, make sure you copy/paste the tracking number into the ebay transaction.

ALL new and infrequent Sellers have their funds held for up to 30 days, even after proof of delivery. By "infrequent Seller", eBay includes Sellers that have had their accounts for many years and may have taken a break from selling and recently started again.
Once you have more sales with successful deliveries, eBay will start releasing your funds sooner. In the meantime, Buyers have up to 30 days from delivery to request a refund and eBay wants Sellers to have the funds to cover that.
