How can I print a shipping label if it has already been printed before? I tried to print it and my printer had no ink and now I try to print it and it doesn't give me an option.

Hi @necast_10

Each label that you purchase can be Reprinted 5 times before you have to purchase a new one. You can Reprint labels on this page: Track and manage your shipments

You can also Cancel labels on that page, you have 28 days to do that and your account will be credited the shipping cost in 21 days or less.

You can also Print another label which is the process to purchase another label.
