You can't. But what you CAN do is stop using the "No returns accepted" setting and offer 30 Day Free returns or returns where the Buyer Pays shipping.

We get a lot of Sellers whining and complaining that a Buyer wants to return something that they have set for No returns accepted. What a lot of Sellers don't know or understand is that eBay has work arounds for that setting ... like an Item not as described claim or Arrived damaged claim. The Seller is charged for a return label and has to refund when they get the item back ... if they fight it the Buyer can ask eBay to step in, force the refund out to the Seller's pocket AND the Seller gets a defect on their account ... not good.
At the end of the day the choice is yours ... I use 30 day Free returns on everything I sell, my return rate is low and over all the years of using that setting I have only had to use the full benefit of the Seller Protections a few times (like withholding 50% of the item price).
