how can I notify ebay about Fedex shipping overcharges
I just got billed by Fedex for extra shipping. I know they are overcharging me. How can I dispute those charges when I purchased my shipping through Ebay?

You can pretty much bank on their doing that every time. They've started using dimensional weight. What that means is that they don't rely solely on the actual weight of the package. They measure its dimensions, i.e., height, width, and depth. They multiply the dimensions and divide the product by a [I don't remember the exact term] conversion factor; ostensibly, this converts the size of the box to what boxes that size usually weigh. Then they charge whichever of the two methods results in the higher shipping charge.
Use google to search for dimensional weight and you'll find out more than you ever wanted to know about it.

They all do it. It's a gold mine.
I won't use FedEx because of my experience. I've bought three musical instruments from Sweetwater Music. They shipped with FedEx. In every instance, all three times, the box I received was gouged, and I'm not talking a little puncture, I mean a great old big honkin hole I could stick my hand through. Happily for me, Sweetwater had double boxed the instruments and the inner box was still intact, and my instruments didn't get damaged, no thanks to FedEx though.
