how can i make an offer to a seller but with the inclusion of a different shipping method?
Im interested in an item listed as 1299 or best offer. It is listed with free shipping. Id like to offer 1000 but also ask that I pay for Expedited shipping which should be around 200. Is there a way to include stipulations when making an offer?

Mentor8 months agoIf you want the item regardless, you could go ahead and purchase and pay to make sure you get the item as the seller is not obligated to change the listing's shipping method anyway. Then if seller is willing can then send you a separate PayPal invoice to cover your request to accommodate you.
