How can I let ebay know I suspect fraud EARLY rather than after the seller is long gone?
I bought a $4300 item from a USA seller, but after I paid, I get a cryptic email that sounds like they are going to hold the item for over a month. The message reads: "
Dear friend, first of all thank you very much for your purchase. Regarding the issue of fund security, under the premise that risk control experts confirm the safety of funds, we strictly abide by eBay's limited delivery time (as shown in the picture), but usually we will send the items to you in advance. Keeping you updated with tracking information in a short time, we will send it to you on November 15th. At the same time, we provide an unconditional return policy within 30 days. Since we are new sellers and lack experience in some business processes, please understand. Finally, I wish you and your family happiness every day. Thanks again"
I called the fraud line, but was only redirected to bats. How can I report this to eBay?
