how can I issue a refund to a buyer. I don't want it back.
The buyer found stains on the shirts and said they smell funky. I want to give him a refund. but don't see a way on the help site.

Mentor5 months agoDid the buyer file a returns request? If so, you can refund the full payment and not require return of the item. Once you refund, a return shipping label will not be available.
