How can i have Shoes inspected before i list them ? If they fail inspection its a mark on account

I buy items from the big mail shippers FED EX & USPS - that are lost in transit . They sell them in large lots of 50 to 100s of pairs at once and there needs to be a way to have them inspected by EBAYS PROS to look at them to see if they think they are Real ( they have made a couple mistakes ) before i list them . I also wanted to ask if ebay honors anyone else COA services ?

It can't be done through Ebay until they have sold.

As far as the COA, not sure about them.
