How can I have an item status changed to delivered?
I sold an item, and shipped it to a PO Box. The item was delivered, but the status still shows 'shipped'. How can I have eBay change the status to 'delivered'? Thanks for any help you can provide!

Ebay relies on the tracking information in order to show the item was delivered.
Have you entered the tracking number in the shipping details?

OP2 years agoThank you! I messaged the buyer again, and asked if he picked up the package yet. Will try reaching out to USPS for resolution.
Is there a way to open a 'case' with eBay to track this process?
