How can i give feedback on something i sold?

Cant find anything anywhere on ebay on how to give feedback to a buyer. Nothing nowhere to get to fèedback. What do i click on?

In your Seller Hub Orders list, you'll find the option next to the transaction i(click the three dots to see the menu).

Thank u for your response but that doesnt work when im trying to do it on my android phone. You cant get to sellers hub from a cell phone.
