How can I get VAT refund?
Hello
I bought an Item on Ebay and also paid VAT collected by eBay on this transaction based on applicable laws.
I live in Europe and had to pay 3x higher VAT here in the end on top. I thought VAT was included? Is this wrong?
How can I get the VAT back as I don`t need to pay twice, right?
