How can I get tracking information from Global Shipping Programme
I have posted an item to GSP but now my buyer is asking for tracking information which I don't have. How can I speak to a person at ebay?

I had a recent shipment to Austria using the eBay International Shipping Program and the tracking on eBay never really updated other than to say delivered but it does show on the linked site. I don't know if it only shows on that site now because it's been delivered already though it does show a few steps such as customs arriving in buyers country and then out for delivery.
Contacting eBay customer service will not give you more info than the tracking site I just shared.

Mentor2 years ago@red123anne The tracking after the item leaves the US is not trackable and doesn't update until after the item is delivered to the buyer.
Assure your buyer that if the item doesn't arrive by the last estimated delivery date that they can file a refund request for item not received.
eBay will refund the buyer out of their pocket for EIS shipments and you keep the sale.
