how can i get the carriers to put the packages in a safe place where they won't cause a fall

You will have to either create a safe place for your packages or ask your carrier to place them in an existing safe place. Neither eBay or Sellers would be involved with that process.

OP1 year agoI have ask the drivers but to no avail. I have closed my personal drive way, if I know they are coming---- around back but they use it when I need to open it. I have parking for them to use in front, and they would have a 51foot x6ft porch in front to leave it on at front door---back door has no cover and only two steps where they leave it right where this old man would step on it and maybe fall or break some bones,
