How can I get refund from ebay?
I followed directions on same question above - frustrating experience. Can't get anything resolved. System does not work as described. Spent more than an hour already trying to implement the refund, and multiple hours trying to get seller to refund a defective fuel module I purchased and installed into vehicle, (paid my mechanic) and now will have to pay again. Seller agreed to replace if I first corrected negative feed back. I would have changed feedback had he made things right.

Mentor2 weeks agoYou can get a refund when you return the item to the seller. Here is how:
If the item you received is not as described, you can request a return from your recent purchases or from your Purchases in My eBay.
The seller should respond within 3 business days. If they don't or you can't resolve the issue, you can ask eBay to step in and help.
If the item doesn’t match the listing, you may be covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee, which often allows a return even if the seller normally does not accept returns.
Once a return is accepted, you will be asked to send the item back. Make sure to package it carefully to avoid deductions from your refund if the item is damaged or missing parts.
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after the seller receives the item and go back to your original or selected payment method.

OP2 weeks agoThanks honestly for this reply. I have read all the directions at least 3 full times. It wont' take the entries. That being said, the seller actually refused my offer to return the defective fuel pump ( as would I due to the gasoline inside the pump, smell, fumes, etc.) And was planning to sent me a replacement module, but never did.
