how can I get paid
sold item. buyer paid. when I shipped, I gave it to USPS. but I had a UPS label on the package. I told buyer what happened. and USPS said it happens a lot but they give it to ups. over a week and nothing on tracking- ebay or my personal tracking of it. after a week I asked what want to do. they said to give it another week. another week, still nothing on tracking- so I refunded the money and cancelled the order. guess what! another week or so I got notice from UPS it was delivered. not on ebay tracking b/c order was cancelled I guess. will ebay help me get paid?

All you can do is send the buyer a message and ask them to repay, but they don't have to.
