How can I get my refund back as a seller?

I issued a refund because usps didn't scan it. Today I get a notification that the PO is moving the item along. How can I get the refund back?

If you used an eBay label and the Buyer opened an Item Not Received refund request on eBay and you refunded the Buyer from that request, once eBay can see the package was delivered, eBay should automatically reimburse you.

All those things would need to have happened for you to get that refund.

If you printed you label through the eBay shipping center, shipped within your stated handling time and you refunded because the buyer opened an "Item not received" case then eBay will refund you once the tracking shows the item as delivered.
