How can I get my money back?
I recently bought an item off of ebay. I used Klarna, for a payment plan. It charged my bank the first transaction but it still doesn’t show I bought the item. Nothing is helping on ebay to even get my money back.

If you made the purchase as a Guest not logged in to your regular account it will not be in your purchase history.
LOG OUT of your regular eBay account and follow the steps on this page to request the confirmation email, track your order and, file a refund request if needed>

Mentor1 week agoDo you see the item in your Purchase History?
If not, is it possible you purchased the item as a guest instead of with your Ebay account?
Look in your email for the Order Confirmation that Ebay would have sent you.

OP1 week agoI never seen the item in my purchase history nor gotten an email, it automatically charged my bank

Mentor1 week agoIf you purchased the item on Ebay, even as a guest, you would have received an order confirmation.
