How can I get more sales on a new ebay store ?

I am managing a new eBay store. What are the best practices to get more sales and improve listing performance on a new eBay account?

-You have sold a total of 300 items and your account is about 16 months old. You have sold 5 items in the last 90 days but you only have 15 items for sale.
-You have 35 Followers and 1 Negative Feedback accusing you of selling Fake products. Are they genuine products that you sell?
-Part of selling is a numbers game, the more you have to sell the better chance there is that something will sell.
-Are you competitively priced? Your List price should be the lowest that you will sell for and cover your cost, eBay fees and most importantly, your target profit margin. You are offering Free shipping which means YOU have to cover the cost of the highest priced shipping based on the furthest shipping zone from your location. You may want to consider charging for shipping to help manage your costs and profit margins.
-Get your hands and fingers out of the pictures of the items you sell and use a single color background, I see what looks like a step ladder in the background of one picture on one of your listings. Get some white foam board or something and replace those pictures with better ones.
