Sorry your item is not as described.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.
Select the return item button on this page:

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label or a full refund then ask eBay to step in and help: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.

OP1 year agoThanks so much for the detailed help. I really do appreciate it. My young daughter has decided to keep the bag even though it’s not authentic, but it’s very unfortunate that he gets to continue to sell fake stuff to people and that I’m out of money for buying a fake item.

If you do not wish to return the item then you can report the seller using this form>
https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022 The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies> other. in the box provide the item number and state that the seller sold counterfeit goods. Don't go into a lot of detail as AI reads this.
