How can I get ebay to open a closed appeal
I sold two different items to two different people internationally. Both items were sold in November, and still have not arrived at their destination. Tracking numbers were provided to Ebay and buyer, but buyers still opened a case because of delayed deliver. Ebay sided with the buyer, although both tracking numbers show items are still in transit and not expected for delivery until December 23rd. One of these items was a $500 coat. Now I have no coat, no payment and ebay has closed the appeal and says their decision is final.
What are my chances of having ebay change their mind.

Mentor1 year agoThis is why you only want to ship international using Ebay International Shipping (EIS) program. Otherwise you end up responsible for problems like this.
Depending on the carrier you used you may have some recourse through them. If you have an honest buyer, ask if they will repay you from a PayPal invoice, or return the item if you pay for the return.

Mentor1 year agoI you are sure this went through EIS, then EIS handles all of this without any loss to you. So something isn't right here.
