How can I get eBay to list an item I bought recently that they never showed in purchase history
I have wanted to return this item but since their system has never shown it as purchased I can do nothing
time running out to return.

Mentor2 years agoMake sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase. You should see the transaction among your recent purchases here:

If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your current eBay account, then use the link in the email that eBay sent regarding the guest purchase.

OP2 years agoNot helpful. I entered on eBay.com = looked up Lafayette 148 slacks size 12, found a pair I liked and bought them. They did not fit. It is YOUR records that fail to show the purchase.
Please try to find this purchase before it is too late to return

No one else here can access your Purchase History but you.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
