Ebay has a procedure for this situation, which is starting with a return.
So, start with opening a return request for an item that doesn’t match the listing.
This is the guide for all kind of returns, including items that don’t match the listing.

From the wrong item, you have to make pictures - at least one - and upload them.
The seller has to accept the return and provide a return label. (Or send shipping money, before you return with tracking.)
The seller has to provide a clear return address.
Ask eBay to step in, if the seller doesn't cooperate. You can do that 3 full business days later.
